Up next is a simple paring knife from AEB-L stainless steel, dressed in Claro Walnut. The wood was sealed with quite a few coats of Watco Danish Oil, with a glossy Tru-Oil finish. If you prefer a satin finish, just let me know and I'll knock off that gloss for ya. This little guy will be your go-to knife for most chores!

AEB-L stainless steel @ 62HRC (Peter's Heat Treating)
.063" stock, tapered to point, FFG, flexes just slightly at the tip, just barely.
Edge was .003" or thereabouts before sharpening, just reflected light, 15° per side.
Final polish at 8k (JIS)
OAL: 8 7/16"
Blade: 4 1/8"
Edge: 3 1/2"
Handle: 4 5/16"
