I really like the 12" right hand hollow grind on this one. From the testing we have done the hollow chisel w/ a V-grind is perfect for chopping veggies. Also the terro tuff is really grippy and gives a nice solid grip.
I hand make all of my knives using the stock removal method and buy all all of the materials from American vendors. And only a little bit of child labor was used in the making of this knife
