I thought this would be suited for the kitchen. Full flat grind with hand rubbed satin finish on the flats and belt finish on the bevels. The handle is Book-matched stabilized Afzelia lay sanded to 600 then buffed to a nice sheen with black fiberglass pins. This knife if made from AEB-L razor steel comparable to Sadvik 13c26. In house heat treat with digital controlled oven with a subzero quench and a triple 2 hr quench with a projected hardness between 60-62. I have had some blades tested and got around 64 so this steel will get hard. Knifes specs out at 4.2" blade cutting edge 3.9 and 4.5" handle

Knife will come with buyers option of sheath. With black leather pouch style $150.00 with Kydex $130.00, Or no sheath for $110.00 includes shipping within the US.
