This one has been up for a while so I've lowered the price a bit and hopefully it will move. My wife doesn't want it to, as she has had her eye on it since I let her cut up venison steaks with it the other day. Blade steel is 1/16" AEB-L with the heat treatment done in house with "cryo" and triple tempers for a final hardness of 63HRC, where AEB-L really shines as a cutlery steel. Hand rubbed satin blade finish. Claro walnut handle. Balance point is dead on, right between the handle and my maker's mark. As with the steels in the AEB-L category, this thing is just wicked sharp!

OAL: 13 1/2"
Blade: 9"
Handle: 4 1/2" Claro Walnut
Thickness: 0.063" taper to tip
Steel: AEB-L 63HRC
Edge: 13° per side, 3 micron Shapton pro 5000
Price: was $300 now only $250!!!

Paypall preferred (samuraistuart@yahoo.com). All knives come with free shipping in the USA as well as a lifetime unconditional warranty. Something goes wrong, the knife gets repaired or replaced. I ask that the buyer be aware that most all of my knives are cutting tools and are made only for their intended use. I like to make thin, hard knives that excel at cutting and not necessarily able to take abuse. If you have any questions, feel free to DM me here or contact me by email (samuraistuart@yahoo.com). Thanks for taking a look, and follow me on Instagram at stuartalandavenport.

I assume you mean blade height at the plunge. It is just shy of 1.5" at 1.480".
The width of the blade stock is 1/16" at the plunge with a distal taper to tip.
