I have closed the previous thread where I discussed a new AEB-L run, due to the following developments. A year and a half ago, I had some sheets of AEB-L sent to Jarod Todd, which are 23.5" x 11.6" from AKS. But then life got complicated for him, so his shop started slowing down, until he shut down completely for a period, so I asked him to just hold onto them for me. He told me yesterday he's ready to plasma cut and heat treat again, so I sent him my CAD files for the three sheets. Two of those sheets are .196" AEB-L and one is .080" AEB-L. If anyone may want in, please feel free to contact me in private to discuss your preferred options and pricing. I won't be taking deposits at this time, but will reach out individually once Jarod has the blades ready to ship to me.

Here are some of the models to be expected. Note some of them have hollow tangs I designed these to be very light and fast in the hand, and easy to carry, and (since people have asked about this before) a single pin at the front and the back will attach scales to them every bit as securely as regular pin holes would. Because plasma cutting has a broader kerf than water or laser, jimping is not included in the CAD files, but is available as a handmade add-on.
