Here's a utility kitchen knife I just finished and am really pleased with how it came out. Small, thin, and light profile makes it super easy to cut with. Looks great as well!
This Knife would be good for any task in the kitchen which is why I'm calling it the utility Kitchen knife.
This handle is super comfortable and has a nice shape to it.
Specs:
AEB-L Steel
HRC: 60-61
OAL: 9 1/2 inches
Cutting edge length: 4 3/4 inches
Partial flat grind with a 15 degree edge.
Green GripX (Grip-Tec) handle with black rubber infused.
Super grippy handle perfect for the kitchen and water resistant.
1/8 brass pins
Includes COA and music note style kydex sheath
Razor sharp.
