Just bought a big chunk pf 3V. Plan to get more steel to be make into variety of blades that require keep edge , some corrosion resistance and ease of sharpening .
Never work with any of this steel before but have heard several times that its somewhat perform beyond their unexcited composition.
Would love to know how these steel compare to each others and how them compare to CPM3V. Is it really has some bad wrapping issue. Since I use molten salt to quench so I would invest in sone big aluminum plate. Thanks.
