AEBL camp knife?

Now that we are able to get thicker AEBL how do you guys feel about it in a 6" camp knife or hard use knife?

Should be pretty tough for stainless if you HT it properly. Folks like Mora have made a nice little business out of making tough, inexpensive little knives from those simple Swedish stainless steels.
 
Not much of a destruction test, but more than I would normally do to a knife.

Thanks Lo/Rez for the video link. Thanks for the info guys. I may just give one in AEBL a try ad make another out of 1095 right along with it. Steels cheap right?

It's the only steel I've used for the last year and I would say it makes some pretty good knives. Aim for 62Rc and I doubt you will be disappointed.
