Blade- 7.75" AEBL modified Santoku .094" thick at the spine, .015-.020" thick behind the edge.
Grind- CNC machined double S grind. Hollows out behind the edge and behind the wave. Stonewash finish.

As always, Knives are garage machined and hand finished
Available in gray-orange resin handles, Bubinga, Bocote and Brazilian Cherry. $225
