AECA show?????

Howdy all, I was wondering if the AECA show in south suburban Chicago was happening this year. It typically takes place in mid September. I haven't seen diddly on it. Anybody know?

It is being held Sept 15th-17th in Oak Lawn Illinois at the Oak Lawn Community Pavillion. I think further info can be found at www.aecaknifeclub.com

Come on out and support your habit and local knife club. There usually is a fair amount of Bark River knives here for those interested in seeing them up close and personal.

I want to bring this one back up in support of this show. I think this one is a good show that is a little more family oriented. I plan on bringing at least my oldest daughter to this show. I urge all knife knuts within a sane distance from this show to try and attend. The attendance was down last year and I'd hate to see a decent knife show be discontinued due to lack of support.

I'll be there on Saturday sometime. I know that this show has lost a little bit of it's luster since the Chicago Custom Shows began. But you can still find some good stuff.
