AF 5.5 green canvas micarta?

I guess, we can start shipping these around end of October / beginning of November.
This is the date, that we have right now. If we do not have to wait for the sheaths or the packing...

We are allowed to do it identically like his custom version, but we use a different steel like Bill!

This one is awesome, the protos, that I handled have been great...

Just be a lil bit more patient....

IMHO this version brings the classic AF design into the present!
Better handle ergos, better blade geometry and and more versatile design.

and the sheath of it speaks for itself...

It will be a Spec-ops Brand sheath, model Combat Master with an exterior pouch on it. (For a tool, torch, folder etc, not included!!!!)

It wil has a split belt loop and will be in Foliage Green...

Great sheath, very versatile!

I am glad, if I can be of help.

We are really glad, having Bill designing the knife and giving us permission to produce it. To make this package authentic, we thought, nothing less will be good enough, except the original Spec Ops Brand sheath, Bill is using for his customs!
 
I think the new 5.5 will be very popular with soldiers.
The original always was and the 5.5 seems like a better package.

I think so, that it will be a pretty popular model or better I hope so!
But the package itself is definietly improved if looking at the classic versions available.
It goes more into the direction of a field knife plus it has still the fighting abilities.

The wide blade allows cutting, working, slicing better than the sleek models.
And even the handle design has been improved! Just a great knife, designed by one of the greatest knife makers!

The skullcrusher can be used to pound on something, maybe a window or a box or something else.

I didn't know about the glass breaker, good addition.
Looks like the design has been changed around alittle since I last saw, I like it even more now.

The glass breaker is definietly a good idea, not only for smashing windows or hammering... At it is very well balanced!

This is one knife that I really want!
The handle looks a lot like my original Harsey custom, other then the exposed skullbreaker end.
Does this one have the 'yari' grind like the original customs, or a standard grind on both sides?
 
This knife looks awesome. I have the custom #002 of this knife. I can't wait to get one.
