International Sales Policies:
I like the international character of BF and so I’m usually willing to jump through the extra hoops to do international sales. But as this benefit sale is a fair amount of work, I’ve got to place some limits. So, apologies, but it’s U.S.A. only for this sale.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
And please remember to email me (rather than PM-ing me) at:
Thanks for helping the pups!
Andrew
In Part 4 I’m offering the rest of the remaining knives from my generous donors before I made the hard decision to stop accepting donations. (See: intro. to Part 1).
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The first knife is from a generous donor in New York state.
1) Buck 55 in Walnut. Tang symbol indicates 2018 model. Appears unused with factory edge, which is sharp. Pretty walnut covers. If you press the blade hard on a stack of paper or cutting board there is a slight amount of “give”---and I mean slight (almost imperceptible).
Includes box. $49.00 SOLD
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The next two knives are from a good friend in North Carolina. Sadly he passed earlier this year but I will always remember his friendship and tremendous support for the sale over the last several years.
2) Camillus Boys Scouts of America Knife in Black Jigged (Bone? Delrin?). 3 5/8” closed. On tang: “Camillus New York U.S.A.” Blade has been sharpened and has fair amount of scratching. Tools are all functional and in good shape. My donor got this one in a trade which included a group of knives and he doesn’t know whether the covers are bone or delrin (and I can’t tell on this one) or what the blade steel is. His best guess is that it dates from the 1970s or 1980s.
No box. $39.00 $29.00 SOLD
3) Case #6233 SS in Brown Delrin. Just over 2 5/8” closed. Stainless blades with nice “as ground” (satin) finish. Looks like they may have been lightly sharpened. In good condition. Date on box is 12/22/04. Cool little penknife.
Includes box & paperwork. WITHDRAWN and re-listed here: More Folders + Bonus Items
