I'm an amateur blacksmith that has access to my teachers fully stocked forge but only one day a week.
I have all the kaowool, fire brick and refractory brick & mortar I need. (all easy to get in my town) but looking for nice burners (although I'm making some now but wouldn't mind an upgrade) and other tools like more hammers, nice anvil and what not. Stuff I don't yet have the means or to skill to make. and forging steel. Even CPM bar stock I can send out for heat treating.
I have a rail road tie anvil but would like a better one or at least wider.
In steel I'm looking for:
*L6
*5160
and others that you suggest of beginners.
52100
CPM-3V
M series
S series
Other CPM like D2
*The steels I learned on.
