AFCK-how to move clip??

I have got an AFCK which has proven to be my most favorite knife. However, I am left-handed and I would like to move the clip to the other side of the handle. Benchmade refuses to do this.

Is there any other place where I can try to have this done? I'm too scared to try it myself

You need to take out the screws that hold the clip on and find out what size they are. Then drill and tap the other side of the handle with the right sized holes to put the clip on where you want it.

Might I add that before you drill and tap, you should first disassemble the knife, to minimize the change of a mistake ruining the whole knife. This will void your warranty, but I guess you, like me, aren't too worried about it.
I have a mini-AFCK and was thinking flipping the clip, but I'm worried that I might screw up the knife. My problem with the clip was that it blocked my left thumb from accessing the blade hole. I too the easy way out, and took off the clip and ground it down some, and now it works fine.
