Seriously though, I had a blast stripping and polishing my Gladius, so where's the pics of the barrel?

A really ghetto satin finish. Honestly a breeze. Stripped her, and 5 minutes with the mouse sander at 220, then hand sanded at 600. Obviously not a great job, but looks good enough to be beaten on. May spend a little more time later, but this makes the knife much better for me, as I can't stand the coatings.

Someone with a belt sander and a few minutes could make a fantastic satin finish on these. No infi dimples except by the handle, and very little decarb.
