After doomsday blade choices?

Since you've limited it to one fixed blade and one folder:

Fehrman First Strike
Benchmade Skirmish

The reality is that I'd probly be carrying so many knives around my waist and in my pockets that my pants would be drooping down. :o
 
I suppose that the *2* is on top of what you carry on you personally... not going to find many of us with ONLY 2 knives unless we're sleeping.

I'd say my ontario blackwinds Bengal(26" aol, khuk/machete bastard child) and 30lbs sledge would be all I need to add to my carry. If I can't bash the fvck out of something with the sledge hammer then I'd have to start chopping. After the 5-6hrs of bashing concrete last spring to redo a patio, skulls should be easy.

Nice thing is, the bengal lashes on to my pack, leaving both hands free to bash.
 
Out of the knives I own I would take my Sk5 Carbon steel SOG Tigershark and my Manix. Tigershark taks care of the big chores while the manix handles more detailed work. I would probably shose different knives if I had them but those would do from my collection.

In this case though my first things to go for after my guns would be my knives and flashlights...all of them.

Fortunately that weak-willed zombie variant is significantly easier to defeat than any of the better-known zombie subspecies. Simply talking quietly to them, taking them by the hand and reassuring them that you accept them regardless of their sexual orientation, race, religion or relative state of life or death, then gently leading them off and sticking a knife between their trusting ribs usually works quite well.
 
I'm going to get my fiancee to carry my tomahawks and break out my Becker Knife and Tool BK-9 Combat Bowie and Victorinox Rucksack SAK. If she complains about the weight, I'll take the biggest hawk I own and the SAK. If we get bored of hacking zombies we can always entertain ourselves by chucking the hawk at the zombies :).

"Commie left wing liberals" don't have guns, so you're safe.

They will, however, give you some food, should you get hungry.

I guess the knife-laws won't be in effect on doomsday, so I'd take a nice balisong. Doomsday seems pretty cool! :thumbup:

And a khukri would be a good choice for zombi-deanimation. Or is it "re-deanimation"? Are we are talking about the dead zombi-type or some kind of a zombi-virus? Actinic zombiism maybe? If it's a zombi-virus, I'd choose a Dark-Ops knife with strategically placed blood grooves to control the infectious blood spray.
 
Do the bayonets I'd have on my Garand and my Mossberg 590A1 count against the total? I heard there was gonna be zombies. . . .:D

BTW, I believe it would be re-de-reanimation, covertly and with controlled blood spray of course.:thumbup:

From what I have now I would pick a BM 710hs for a folder and a double bit limbing axe for a fixed blade.

I would forget about knives altogether and look for hookers instead, as the laws would not apply anymore.
 
My kershaw outcast and my benchmade grip. I think these would cover all the bases for me.
