Aftermath question?

I have just received Aftermath, the discs are in Teflon or bronze?
I find the opening a little hard have councils has myself to give me

If it is brand new then you may just have to play with it for a while and let it break in some. Open it, close it, open it, smile repeat. My Dominator smoothed out after I had open and closed it about a hundred times when I first got it new.

I believe they are teflon. The pivot may have been overtightend for shipping out of the USA. They will sometimes do this, even with assisted opening knives.
