Ouch! Do you know how many of those were made? Looks like something you could go this is Sparta with. :D

Oooohhh---me likey! :D I'll take it!!!

A girl needs a knife...to kill zombies with!

Yeah, they're pretty cool ... Too bad I'll never use this 1. Seems... If I remember correctly from the UberHOG that sold me this AB ... That #'s 1,2,3 had a different logo lased on them and although it was originally a satin finished AB, you can see the INFI dimples from the ricasso back to the pommel. I think that again, only 1,2, & 3 were the only ones this way. Is this right, 'Skunk?
It is very sweet in the hand, the Aftershock Bolo, and maybe I'll be lucky enough to score another for using.

Jaxx,

Mine was close to #100 ( I think 8x) it had he newer logo, but still had the dimples.

Greg

all the satins had dimples, the story behind this one was it was about the second busse i bought. when it showed up and i saw the dimples i just about crapped my drawers.

i called busse's shop the very next day, a guy answered and identified himself as the "janitor"

i told him that this was ugly and somehow it was "unfinished"

he told me to send it in and he would take a look at it. it came back about two weeks later and was satin from tip to stern.

good dealio...

it was only later that i learned about infi dimples and that the janitor had been promoted to the mail room.

to this day i wonder if he still works there

LOL, 'Skunk!!! Ok, I guess that its just the logo that is different on the first 3. I saw yours with the full satin finish... It suxx having lost all my notes on my crashed HDD, LOL... A lot of info on my knives, never to be recovered. Grips are black paper micarta, yes?

I just had to put snake skin handles on since Im snake skin crazy.....
Sorry but still cant seem to make pics. bigger.

What exactly is the difference between the BMe and the AB?

Info From Busse Collector

BM E 2001
Steel-INFI Blade-9.5 Overall-15 Weight-21.0 Thickness-0.25 Price-$347

AB 2001
Steel-INFI Blade-9.5 Overall-15 Weight Thickness-0.25 Price-$400

Price and it came Satin? Or is there a blade shape I am missing?

Recurve blade, convex zero grind (very sharp), and from what I've read... limited to around 100 made.

Wow, I love any Busse with the word BOLO in it. The overall design appeals to me a lot.
