Well done, as usual. Interesting wood.

I hope you will still be making stainless blades.

Hey Todd, What a beautiful knife this is! Would you tell us your thoughts on why you changed from using CPM154 to A2 steel? Both are really good knife
steels, but I'm just wondering what made you change over.

I'm curious also.

Beautiful knife.

Beautiful knife.

I'm using different steel because I no longer can get AST34, but I will use a lot of stainless.
Just trying different steel for right now.

Thanks for the replies guys.

Thanks for the info, Todd. I have a couple of knives with A2, large and small. With proper HT it's a fantastic steel. It develops a very nice patina and is really easy to sharpen.
This is a very beautiful knife, btw :)

Just received it! Wow what a great little knife. Perfect in every way and just what I wanted. It's my first custom knife and smaller than what I normally carry. Great for those days when I'm dressed nice or I don't plan on using a knife. Love it
