I originally planned to have these blocks stabilized but after discussing it with Randy (HHH Knives) I've decided to leave them natural. He says it can detract from the figure and they don't really need it.

A: 1 1/16" x 1 13/16" x 5 3/8"
B: 1" x 1 13/16" x 5 3/8"
C: 1" x 1 13/16" x 5 3/8"

$45 each + actual shipping.

This image shows the wood wetted with alcohol. I apologize for the reflections.

We've had this wood professionally stabilized (K&G, WSSI) many times and the figure has not been diminished.

These blocks are beautiful and the price is very good. Nice catch Mark.

I want to use creative die methods to stain these Chuck, so in this case unstabilized is preferable. I'm going for something like a giraffe skin look.

I'll have to send some off to be stabilized. I have a good bit of this wood, from light to heavy figure, and will be posting more blocks soon. I'll probably cut the lighter figured wood in to thins for sayas. Contact me with special requests.
