AG Russell catalog-anyone get one lately?

I haven't ordered anything from them in a while, and the last catalog I got was around Christmas too. Maybe they went through their mailing list and cleared out some of the "dead wood."
 
Last week for me. If you don't place an order every once in a while, then you may end up off the mailing list. I think the catalogs are excellent! They give a lot of information and the write ups on knives are great!:D

The regular knife catalog and the Russell's For Men.
So if they clean out the deadwood, they missed me.
 
Got one today. Bought a knife from them at Blade 06 and the catalogs still come.
 
I read someplace that the only way A G would stop sending catalogs was if he was specifically requested to do so.....
 
Got one yesterday,but my wife hid it from me until I said hello to her when I got home from work! Seems like a catalog from AG comes at least once every six weeks or so, including the Russell's For Men.
 
I have'nt ordered anything for quite a while from AG and the last catalog was about a yr.ago. You can always go to his website. Sometimes some nice knives come up on his ,"knives for immediate delivery" site.

What was the dateline ( Spring 2009?, etc?), and what pic was on the cover?

It (strangely) makes my day when the AGR catalog arrives.
Heck, I guess I buy something from AGR every few months just to get the catalog (!)... Reminds me of how, as a kid, I always eagerly awaited the Sears Christmas catalog...and spent weeks going thru it again and again, dog-earing pages and dropping not-too-subtle 'hints to my folks about what Santa should bring. Now I just drop not-too-subtle hints to my "financial advisor" (She Who Keeps Tabs...) :)
 
Got one recently.Don't forget to check their website often, you never know what might show up. A great guy and a great company. :thumbup:
 
At least three from Xmas on. The nicest one was the secret one with discounted prices on
