I'm sure there have been many others who have experienced the awesome satisfaction of buying from AG Russell, but this was my first experience so I'd like to share with those who are interested.

Out of the 40+ knife transactions I've made since the beginning of 2006, from dozens of different dealers - this was the absolute best. I ordered 2 knives on a Monday morning and received them Wednesday afternoon! The woman who took my order was friendly and knowledgeable. The knives were perfect. The whole ordering process took about 35 seconds over the phone. Never before have I witnessed such a combination of professionalism and courtesy. AG Russell - you've earned a customer for life.
