1. WW2 Vintage MKII Kukri Very close to a M43 except for different handle rivets. Handle was damaged and I brought back to usable condition. Missing buttplate and has some gaps but is very solid. Sheath is peroid correct and in very good condition with original steel chape.
$sold
2. Post WWII 50s or 60s Military Sirupate. Very good original condition, most likely an Allied Steel made in India for the Gurkhas. Sharp and pointy, excellent peroid sheath and comes with a chakmak and karda (most likely not orig) Nice weight and great balance, would make an excellent defense weapon.
$130
3. Pre WWII Private Purchase Kukri. 17" and only 15oz!!! Deep hollow forge along sides of blade. Is very sharp, sharpened not by me, shows patina and wear with a epoxy (very good) repair to horn handle. Comes with period correct sheath on ok condition and two worn kardas. Very straight and overall good condition. Would make an excellent, quick, defense knife.
$sold
4. Pre 1900 Gurkha Army Kukri, lots and lots of patina and pitting. Sharp and solid, nothing loose. Handle in great shape, comes with an old HI sheath but no chakmak, karda or frog.
$80
5. Lastly a Himalayan Imports Dui Chirra by Thamar. Bought on this thread. http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/s...-Thamar-Dui-chirra-for-10-14?highlight=chirra Just looking to recoup costs, I have a Thamar curved spine I like better. I did clean up Aunties handle repair even more. Unused
