For anyone thinking of having a knife made, consider charlie mike. Awesome guy to deal with, excellent communication, knowledgeable and funny to boot. The entire process was great, and quick as hell.

I'm very happy with the finished product... The balance on that one couldn't have have been any better, especially on a full un-tapered tang.

yep, A2. I used vinegar on my tomahawk in A2 as well. Came out awesome. I'll post a pic in little while, it doesn't take long.
 

my photo upload unfortunately pics don't due this patina justice. I stropped the edge after the soak and now it has a shine but the blade is dark.... hot damn it is GORGEOUS!
