About a month ago I bought a knife from AHS and it was promised to me in 3 days. I needed it within those three days for a gift. It didn't arrive for about 10 days. I ended up going out and buying another knife for the gift.
Come to find out Joe at AHS didn't ship my knife until about 5 days after I placed the order.
This was the first time I have ordered from AHS. It didn't leave a good impression.
During the 10 days between my order and receiving the knife I emailed AHS I think 2-3 times and got no answer. If they would have just told me it was going to be late I could have planned around it.
On top of this, I emailed AHS about 3 days ago asking to see if they have a couple different knives in stock. Still no reply.
I even called and left a message and got no callback for about 3 weeks the last time I enquired about a certain knife.
Is this common place for AHS?
