It’s the Delta Chrono, screw down crown and case back. Sapphire crystal.
Strap is still in very good shape. Case has light marks from being worn. Crystal is clean. I can’t for the life of me remember where I put the box so to make up for that I am including a leather Lumtec strap with it. IIRC just that strap sells for 50.00.
