Air Conditioning my Shop?

What size window units are yall running and what do you do for heat or do you? My neighbor does HVAC and has said he could install a AC/heat unit, not sure of cost yet. My shop is 24x30 (12' high) if that matters.

There are charts to tell you what size window unit to get for a particular size room.
I have a large unit mounted in my wall that has heat. I use 2 oil-filled radiator heaters for general shop heat in the winter, and use the A/C heat as a supplement.

Our shop is divided into two rooms, one room larger than the other. Have a 18,000 btu in the big side 30x36 and a 12,000 btu in the smaller side 18x36. Only run the larger unit in the afternoons and only when it's real hot/humid.

We heat the shop here with two wood stoves.
