Air cylinder

i was planning on building an air hammer this year. so i started looking on ebay for some air cylinders and i found this http://cgi.ebay.com/Schrader-Bellow...286.c0.m14&_trkparms=66:2|65:16|39:1|240:1318 would this be a useable cylinder? any input would be appreciated.
