Airboat Camping

Of all things I am more interested in the dogs. I was going to ask if they are Dogos. I have solid white American Bulldogs and everybody asks if they are "Pits".

Another most interested in the Dogo ... sadly they are banned where I live but the American Bulldog is still legal, at least for now. Yet another example of those who make the laws knowing little about the subject of their legislation.

But it is a pleasure to share the photo's of your dogs and holiday. Hoping that there are many, many, more to come

awesome pics man... that looks like a blast...

you have a beautiful family too..:)

Nothing better than a day out with the family ! Looks like a great time had by all. Need to join you next time. We can have a kukuri cutting contest. Thanks for sharing.

VERY cool Joe. Great looking family and excellent idea for a camping trip. I'm sure the kids will be thinking what a great dad they have!

I had thought Jack was a "pit" also from his picture in your avatar. He looks to be an awesome companion.

Looks like a great trip.

My brother and I did a kayak trip on islands in the Susquehanna last year. When you have to load one 2 man kayak you tend to go a bit lighter than you did. "Camp Tools" were limited to a pair of Glock 19's and my 12 inch Ontario.

The airboat is a real necessity for those waters. We ran into places where you had to drag the kayak. It is cool having an island all to yourself. The interiors of many of them are very overgrown.

Great memories for your family.

Fantastic pics man! What do the dogs think of the noise from the motor? When are we going to the everglades?

Your Island campout fared better than mine. I decided it would be fun to camp on a Mississippi river island. Right around the dark the flies started biting. I had two Cockers with me and the flies made their night miserable also.I forgot the Cutters.

Great family, great steel, great food...Great pics!

Thanks for postin.

You like the Hammock? I love mine.

Those are some fine looking................Dogo Ar. ?
I think if wifey knew you referred to her is "old lady" you might be gettin' neutered.;)

Nice pics.

I do have a question. Do you do something different with the hammock so there is not so much curvature? The pic makes it look like you'd be relegated to being a ball of flesh once inside. I have a hammock myself and I sleep much straighter than how you have yours set up in the pic. So are you doing something I don't know about to straighten out while you sleep?

It is very comfortable and if I lie kinda diagonal it feels very flat

I have the hammock strung very tight in the photo

excellent family.

'got a very similar one on this end.

Looks like some seriously good times. I can't wait till my kids are just a bit bigger so I can try to talk my wife into some family adventures.
