it's a receiver cover/picatinny rail system to fit an AK -47 or variant.
very lightly used, but no scratches or dents or anything like that. i had it mounted on my AK and left it by my bedside and never moved it, then i took my optics off my AK and put them on my new M-4, and replaced this cover back with the OEM receiver cover. so this thing is in really great condition.
i've got some scope rings i'll add with this, as well, brand new.
