AK47 Questions

The CBT is really noticeable in my Urban Gray AK... I believe it is the smoothest and thinnest (slickest) coating showing the most, but also creating the least friction of the various coatings...

Today my Ganza Black crinkle and BCS Desert AK came, and i can not see the CBT (or maybe just barely make it out) with these coatings...

next observation, the scales on the Ganza black/black&tanG10 seem very large,.. Magnum prolly. I have no real preference yet, between the thinner Ruck scales (which are perfect for the Ruck) or the standard AK scales, or the fatter Ak scales from the SE/ganza...

It looks like the company store may be out of AK's.

Any ideas where I may pick up a couple? Black&grey, preferably?

Muchas gracias. :)

They will be at a premium now..especially the more desirable colours which have been out of stock for ages. I got lucky and got a black blade/black aluminium handles for retail price through Alaskagun but I know it was one they found in storage and had forgotten about. You should try and get one now though, they are simply fantastic blades and worth much more than what Busse was charging. The market place here is your best bet.

Hey Perksy...I will take some pics when the sheath arrives with the ak for maximum effect :) ...not expecting the sheath for a few weeks yet.

Yes, the AK47 will make quick work of most vegitation and small to medium size branches. If you want to chop logs and larger timber I reccomend a FFFBM or CGFBM..

havent noticed..how much have you seen them for? Last one I saw on fleabay was a tan on tan and I think it went for about $700 but had a kydex sheath included..seems about retail price.
