• Happy Thanksgiving to all of you! I hope that you all have something to be grateful for this year and for many years to come
  • America has reached 250 years, and I am grateful to be here, in the best country in the world. Thank every one of you who helps make this country a better place, those who have gone before and risked it all, and those who've paid the ultimate price to make the United States what we are today.

Happy Birthday America! Let Freedom Ring for all time!

AKI 2009, my score...

I got to handle STeven's JWSmith folder at AKI and it is for sure one sweet knife - beautiful, and pleasingly light, as STeven described - a very desirable piece of functional edged art.

Congratulations STeven. Mr. Smith makes IMPRESSIVE knives from tacticals to highly adorned "gentleman's" folders. Interesting how he removed weight from the bolsters...makes a LOT of sense.

Beautiful knife STeven! The dimensions you give make it sound like the perfect combination between working size and "not too big" for the pocket feel. Enjoy that beautiful knife!

Smith makes a fantastic knife. Those carved mop scales are what make this knife extra special for my liking.

Nice score, STeven. I really like that shape of the blade and the damascus pattern.

STeven- id really like to see the colors on that knife. At any point would you be willing to mess around with a sheet of paper under the sunlight to get some soft light on it?

No, but I'll bring it to Blade next year, you can play with it all you want.

I hate taking pictures, that is why my wife does it for me.

Best Regards,

STeven Garsson

Nice score, Steve. Good MOP is hard to beat for looks, this whole folder turned out great...
