So Coop, you actually met Tim Herman and lived to tell about it; amazing.

Keith, I hate to spread gossip but Coop not only met Tim Herman and lived but slept with Tim Herman and lived ;)

Coop, wasn't it Tim who got you the introduction to the AKI? A good guy anyway, and a great knifemaker.

Thanks again for the pictures Coop.

Roger,
Coop slept with Tim Herman? I don't know, but I'm thinking that maybe the term "slept with" means something different over in England than it does on this side of the pond. :D

You guys can think whatever you want! :p Real men don't tell their secrets in public....   All I'll allow is that I'd do it again. ;)

Thanks again for all the nice compliments. Keep checking that link, cuz I am adding new pics in regularly.

I think my fav' are now either Tim Hancock's Meditteranean Bowie, or Larry Fuegen's push dagger...

Ahhhhh the push dagger! It has been the only one I decided to go with my collage format. That knife was amazing. The new owner is a young fellow from SF CA. Smart man!

There is some serious talent in this world. I like the blade on the Persain (dad gum public edcuation.I know I spelled that wrong)! Great pics. Thanks, Mark

It's taken me nearly three weeks of my time to edit and process and print all the images of these great knives. There are 48 different knives that I had the opportunity to photograph.

Boy, did I learn a lot doing all of these. I tried different techniques to be creative, and experimented with different views. Some worked out fantastic, and some, well, that's what you get. ;)

Anyway, if you haven't taken a peek inside my album in a while spend five minutes glancing over the images. Comments AND critiques are welcome.

As there are styles with knifemakers, you either like them or you don't and it's subjective. I *think* at this point I have a pretty recognizable style--and you may think it's all a bit too much, or not. At any rate, I am having fun and learning in leaps and bounds!

Once again: Art Knife Invitational knives

Really enjoy looking through your album. It is so hard to get shots of knives that do them justice. On the shiny ones there is always a glare to deal with. You did a great job. Like the Herman silver folder especially.
