Dont worry I dont either, I had a choice... FBM, Muddy set etc or an AK. And every time I chose something else. Just didnt have 600 lying around 4 one and when the ganzaa hit well there went the money i did have. But like you said no regrets and I am sure I could get one 2ndary market.
 
I always found something else I wanted more and after getting a chance to handle both the AK & Ruck at blade, I said the Ruck would be "first". I'm still looking...

Hmmm..... I have wanted one of a LOOOONG time, but I have not been able to justify the cost either.

No regrets?...... hmmmmmmmmmm. Can I use a regret if only towards myself? - If so, I say: I regret not being able to afford one. But, I can say that a LOT around here.

Glad as I am that I got one before they were sold out and as cool as that AK is, if someone handed me ten hundreds:eek: :eek: , I would have to give it up.

it won't be long before they are at 12 hundreds I think. :eek:

I got mine, so I am happy. Gray with gray/black micarta, looks awesome.
 
Yea, after I saw one at Blade also I now have one too. Now if Leatherman was not backed up for 4 to 5 month on leather I would have him make some nice pants for it.

Man, did you guys see that scabbard Dwayne made -- from the pics of the recent Cali get-together? AWESOME!
 
That was a great looking scabbard he made. I wanted one made for mine and its atleast a 5 month wait till he gets it made. With that kind of a back up you would think he would get an apprentice to help him out. Just think of the money he maybe lossing.

AK's are blades that just must be held.

It's so much better than just looking at a photo on Skunk's site.

Once you handle one, you must own one.
 
I'm glad I got one from the ECCKS. Once I felt the balance, I knew that it was a great blade. I told my friends to buy one when they were still available at the store. At the time they said $600 was too much. Now they will have to shell out more if they want one.
