AL Mar Eagle Quicksilver

Help, looking for someone who can repair/update my Al Mar Eagle Quicksilver. The liner lock goes all the way over and now is not tight. I need someone to either repair it, or make a new handle and update it to something nice. I have neither the time or skill to do it myself or I would.

Al Mar does not respond to inquiries.

Someone, Bueller, anyone capable of doing this reasonably?
