• Happy Thanksgiving to all of you! I hope that you all have something to be grateful for this year and for many years to come
  • America has reached 250 years, and I am grateful to be here, in the best country in the world. Thank every one of you who helps make this country a better place, those who have gone before and risked it all, and those who've paid the ultimate price to make the United States what we are today.

Happy Birthday America! Let Freedom Ring for all time!

Today, while a buzzard flies in the sky

I have a vintage folder whit me, the Al Mar Gunstock, late of ’80s

On the right side of the handle, the bottom of a 30-30 Winchester bullet, used for deer or similar

The Al mar Gunstock is a thin folder

The liners

Making a trigger

The knife in hand

Working the back-lock

The Al Mar Gunstock is an industrial folder, but is similar to a high level custom folder regarding the accuracy of workmanship. A really enjoyable vintage folder

Ciao, Alfredo

Grazi Alfredo!

A very handsome knife! Thank you for sharing the pictures with us! :)

Great knife and wow, what a sheath (holster??) I regret that I got into knives after older vintage Al Mars like this went out of production. This is an example of a piece I would pursue based on coolness factor alone.

Very cool! I'm a big fan of the older Al Mar knives, they are a nice blend of modern and traditional. I've never seen one like yours, though. Thanks for posting!

I had a Falcon at one time, and wish I still had it so I know the quality you speak of, that is one gorgeus Al Mar!

Al mars come home sharp. I have never been disappointed with them.

That's an interesting blade. Don't see too many folders with a skinner profile like that. Thanks for posting the pics.
