Does anyone know who would have a GOOD selection of Al Mar products online? www.knifecenter.com is O.K. but I emailed them a question last week and have yet to hear back from them.
Thanks for any info.
www.skylandscutlery.com had a pretty good display the last time I looked. Be advised, we just had Hurricane Floyd run through this part of the state and Skylands website is acting kinda funky as I type this. Bookmark it if neccesary and try tomorrow, ok?
I've been collecting AlMars for the last 10 years or so, and if I can be of any assistance regarding their product, feel free to email me at:

That's my two cents. Hey! How come you're giving me change?

Thanks for the info...I'll give the website a try.
Specifically I'm looking for the Ultralight Falcon (black or white micarta) with a plain polished blade. I'm trying to decide whether to go with the Al Mar or a Spyderco Calypso Jr. (micarta...maybe the new Lightweight) for a gift for my brother.
Maybe I'll just get both and give the "better" one to my brother and keep the other for myself....yeah that's it.
As far as I can tell AlMar are only producing a hand full of products at this time i.e. the Ultralight series and the cigar cutter. This is a shame as many of the older models seem to be out of production for good.
I can recommend Skylands, Knife center of the Internet and Discount Knives for their quality service.
