Al Mar Sere 2000 with Stag scales?

I have one of the Al Mar Sere 2000 with polished blade. As many have reported in this forum, the quality is very close to that of a custom knife.

I was thinking about having someone replace the G10 slabs with nice stag. The way the clip attaches, to the spacer on the end of the handle, makes me think this would be a very neat way to have stag and keep the clip.

Anyone have any ideas on who could do this work for me? I think the end result could be very cool looking.
