You could NOT go wrong with the Sere, Military or 710. They are all IMO 3 of the very "cream of the crop" of edc knives. They are all very different knives though. Here's how I'd sum 'em up (quickly):
Sere: Tough! thick liners, vg-10 blade, stout construction. Very vell built and well finished. Great ergonomics. If you ever hear a complaint about this knife it will be that some have bum locks, it's heavy (if you're a "girly man" - j/k

), and that the blade looks too short for the handle. It's my edc.
710: Smooth and elegant. A great cutter due to the recurve. Top notch materials and construction. Has the toughest lock of the bunch. Also has great ergonomics. Doesn't have that "brick sh!thouse" feel of the Sere (to me anyway). It's as tough as a folder needs to be, and if I were in your shoes this is the knife I'd pick.
Military: A very well made and well thought out knife! It is very light weight, but tough. It is also made with top notch materials. It's an excellent slicer due to the fully flat ground blade. If you intend to ONLY cut things with your knife the Millie would be an excellent choice. If you tend to be a little tough on your knives, I'd go with one of the other two, simply because they have stouter points.
It all boils down to what you like. If you pick one of these 3 though, you WILL wind up with an excellent knife... and if you don't like it, you can always trade it for one of the others!
