I bought this numbered edition knife new at a place called the Chesapeake Bay Knife & Tool Company in Boston sometime in the mid-1990's. Factory edge; never carried or sharpened. The knife has been in a display case in my house for many years and not stored in the sheath. Truth be told, the sheath is not near mint condition like the knife; that's solely dut to storage and moving as the knife has rarely ever been inside the sheath. I've seen some very high prices asked for these limited edition shugotos, but I'm asking $1,200.00, no trades.
