Al is a very understanding fellow, who had to go through the hassle of canceling a money order that was sent to me but lost in the mail. When we discovered the problem -- he had been patiently waiting for knives I didn't send because I thought, incorrectly, that I hadn't gotten paid yet -- he issued me a new money order without delay.
