Go Clemson! I am just glad to see someone finally take Bama down as a die hard Vols fan I love to hate Alabama and Florida..

I think the two best teams in college football played each other. Clemson came out on top. I felt Alabama's passing attack was limited and stymied by Clemson. Good game.

As a non partisan fan, it was one of the best NC games I've seen. There's enough orange around here to make a person throw up though

Not a doubt in anyone's mind that Watson was the difference for Clemson. Alabama's passing game was stymied by a true freshman QB, and the Clemson defense. They are going to have to back up a armored car to keep Brent Venables at Clemson in the future.

Thought I heard where Alabama's longest times of possession was little over 2 minutes and they had like 7 or more failed 3rd down conversions. You can't expect any defense to keep going back out that quick and not lose effectiveness, intensity, etc. I wonder if Saban ever thought about pulling Hurts. He'd never admit it but I wouldn't have been surprised.

Playing a true freshman tells me that that there wasn't a good alternative. In my recollection, I don't think Saban has ever hesitated to pull a player. Sarkisian wasn't exactly innovative in his play calling either.

The pundits were saying that in order to win,Clemson had to run 90 plays on offense. They ran 99 if you count that last kneel down. Alabama ran 66.

Well, my Crimson Tide went down, this time. Clemson was just too much for us.

Alabama played hard but did not play up to their potential or they probably would have won. I don't even know what a Clemson is but they played hard and earned the win. Even after their QB kept getting hammered he still played very well.

My wife is an LSU alum so I'm forced to be an LSU fan but I'm also a closet Alabama fan. I like to watch them because they seem to play they way it should be played. They didn't do that this week.

I don't understand why LSU and Alabama don't build better passing games. I think it is hard to have a championship team if you ignore the passing game.

Now think back to the Alabama/LSU game this season. The score was 0-0 the first 3 quarters. LSU did what Clemson couldn't do, and dropped way down in the ratings after that game.
