Missed a knife by 3 minutes! Thought I wasn't going to do the deal, but it was meant for AlaChoctaw and I to meet. Even though he has a deal already (did mention that it was only 3 minutes prior to me)he hooked me up with what I wanted and gave me a very generous deal as well.

He went to ship the knife on a Sunday so that I would receive it a.s.a.p. and it arrived exactly as represented, new cond.

Turns out he is a really good guy. I say that because the knife deal with him now takes a back seat to a friendship in the making.

I've said it before and I'll say it again: I have met some of the nicest people here; people like AlaChoctaw (James).

Let me wholeheartedly second this. James is an outstanding person to do business with. Not only did he send me a NIB knife, the box still had the unbroken seal! Service was impeccable and I received the knife in two days, USPS, He even shipped it out on a SUNDAY! Also, James is a pleasure to share email with. A very nice guy! Thanks James! (Also, I feel kinda bad about this 'cause I know I got the better {cost-wise) of the deal so I appreciate his generosity as well.)

Nimrod, sorry, but I think I was the one that beat you by 3 minutes. If it makes you feel any better, I know I've been beat out of at least a dozen great deals here (as I'm sure you probably have too). But there's always next time.
