Alan Davis Knives

Hi all! I wanted to try to send some business to Alan Davis Knives since I had such a good experience with him purchasing my first custom.

Firstly, Mr. Davis was willing to mark his knife as SPF even though I wasn't able to pay for a few hours due to my "I'll take it" decision being after my local banks closed. Then, he was very prompt with replies. I've had other sale experiences soured by slow communication, no issues here. Third, once he received payment he shipped my knife very quickly. It arrived in two days, Texas to Minnesota.

Finally, the actual product exceeded my high expectations. This piece was my first custom and I wasn't even planning on buying one as I had just purchsed a Spyderco Southard a month earlier. It was just too beautiful a piece and just my taste so I decided I had to have it. When it arrived I was pleased to find it was absolutely perfect. The fit and finish is absolutely top notch. Alan Davis Knives has a lifelong fan/customer in me. I highly recommend dealing with Alan Davis Knives.

Alan's knives are more amazing in person than they are in photos, which is saying a lot. If he weren't such a skilled knife maker I would probably still do business with him, because he is a straight shooter and a pleasure to deal with.
