Aldo's 1095 composition?

I was wondering if anyone happened to know the composition of Aldo's 1095 high carbon steel.

This is what I got from Aldo a month or so ago, as you can see I asked about 3/16" stock

"The material is scale free,annealed and was rolled .02 oversize for a 3/16 finish. Certs are Carbon:.99/ Mn: .42/ Si: .22"
