Time to send a few out to B/F members.
Roy Clark of Clairens South Africa..I received most my know how from this master knife maker ..I was lucky to have such a great teacher for what time I spent with Roy was 100% learning, lucky to be able to spend some time there in his shop ..Roy past a while back and I have kept working on what he did not get to teach me..Going on 12 years ,now I am able to do what I injoy having the time..
Oal. 7 1/4 long
Aldos 1095 steel ..CUTTING edge 3 1/4 1/8 IN STOCK USED..
Widest width 1 1/4 finished of with a Blue fine belt, hand wet sanded with 1200 3m paper , light buffer polished. not quite a mirrored finish.
Flat sanded blade light taper finished ..On a 10 in. KMG grinder.
In house heat treat.Hand held pressure hardness tested.RW/59-60 Test point . just beyond the knives S on the blade.
Black Micarta grips, wet sanded and buffed .finished width just under 1/2 in.
Brass pins 1/8 in. counter set and pressed flat and sanded..
Some thumb grooves added for some down pressure if needed..Was an after thought ,just feels right..
Logo is engraved by me .....[ If you want to add your first name or date it can be done here ask for this knife free..] Sheath as well in house made .. leather RH sheath hand and machine sewen. Left hand can be made ..
The [ Green glow bright para ] para was an after thought added to the brass flared tube , with the red stag bead..A brown strip para will come also ..

If you want insurance ask .Once its mailed its on you ..Tracking number will be sent when its mailed..
