Great design. Patton has one somewhat similar that I ( ahem) borrowed and use down in my rancho where I cook quite a bit. Plenty of room there for knuckles. Very important for cheffing.....is that a word ?

Thanks Tilaran, its big enough for most "cheffing" chores but still handles nicely. It does have knuckle room, especially with a pinch grip. If someone wants to make a reasonable offer send me a PM or email.

This one is sold folks. If someone wants one similar to this one send me an email or PM. Thanks Russ.
