Alert For The Ladies!

I have a really good email that my wife's friend sent to her. Its a list of safety tips that you don't usually hear. The guy that wrote it is ex-FBI etc...

How do I post a link to something that I have in my email Inbox??
 
I'm not sure you can, Rob, and I don't think it's a good idea even if you can.

Copy the info and paste it in a post here.
