Hey guys. I'm some what new too knives. I have about 5, and haven't gone over 110$ for most of them. I want to do my time in the budget knives, before I commit my time, and money for customs, and higher quality knives. So that being said, I want to play around with some fakes. I know a lot of people hate fakes, and don't like people picking them up. Well for me these are just to play around, and add to the collection. These are not to trick, or scam people.

I was wondering if anyone has used Alie Express for fake knives? If so was the service good, and got what you wanted?

Another thing I was wondering was are there any other good websites for fake knives. If you please leave me some comments with some websites, and your feed back on Alie Express!

Thanks,

Frank

Hi Frank,

Welcome to the forums! This topic might get really messy so don't judge us from this thread alone :o

Why fakes? There are a lot of budget knives out there you could try without having to deal with unreputed vendors and plagiarizers. Opinel, Victorinox, Mora, Kershaw, CRKT, Rough Rider, and many more companies offer bargain-priced knives with original designs and can be found at a number of reputable online dealers as well as b&m stores in WI.

That site is evil. I have heard bad things. I would never give them my CC number.
I have looked and most of the items have horrible feedback.
Go for the real thing. Fake will ruin your idea of the real knives.
Try knifeworks.com or bladehq.com

If you decide to buy junk from them. Good luck to you.
I choose to support USA the best I can.

Nice.

I got a fake sebenza from them at one point. I'm not going to lie, I love it. It's one of those Kevin John ones, and it's wonderful. So wonderful, in fact, it made me want a real sebenza. My advice is, don't buy a fake. Save up for the real thing, I promise you won't regret it.

You don't want to pay for the real deal, so you choose to buy a plagiarized knife design. That's the bottomline.

You might not be tricking or scamming anyone, but you're supporting those who do exactly that.

I think, because you're looking at them to play around and decide if you like them, the best idea is to go to a knife store and handle one. No money spent, decision made.

+ 1 this comes from me to

I got a small sebenza clone and a strider clone. Both are pretty good knives, as far as knives go. I did pickup a real strider and I can tell you the real one is better. But I still like the clone it's a good knife. I will buy a real sebenza some day as well. The one thing the clones won't do is quell your desire for a real one. As far as aliexpress goes I didn't have any problems. I can't promise you won't but both transactions went smooth. I spent about $150 for both knives. (The strider was a MSC custom clone all ti). You can buy a pretty good knife that's not a clone for that money. So just some food for thought.

Spend the money on a real knife, don't buy junk produced by thieves out of unknown materials. For the money you spend on a knock off you get 0 customer support, 0 warranty and 0 pride of ownership.

Bear in mind that members should not be directing you to or recommending sites to purchase these illegal items.

You can use whatever justification you like or makes you feel better, but the truth is that you are engaging in an illegal act and fostering criminal enterprise as an accomplice. You are sending money to criminals who could care less about you, the product they sell and forget about any warranty. If customs happens to sieze your shipment, you have no recourse and could be subject to fines and/or imprisonment.
Sending money to these people is a crapshoot. Sometimes you may actually get what you order. Many times though, you will get something else or nothing at all. Even Paypal will not help you get your money back.

Is all this worth saving a few dollars for a cheap product with no warranty?

So OP, are you going to use those fake, crappy knives to practice your pimp jobs?

I guess that's cool as long as you pay for the proper membership before you start pushing your work here.

Thats cool. Don't really care a whole lot. The whole thread's main purpose was 1. IF you had any experience w/ Alie Express 2. I don't give a shit if you think I'm scamming or not 3. I DON'T trade or sell my used knives. 4. JUST A SIMPLE QUESTION to see if anyone would care to tell me about any FAKE KNIFE WEBSITES.

If you'd like to get that through y'alls thick skulls, BEFORE you answer back, that'd be awesome! And second, some fakes are better than the legits. I'll let you guys know about my new fake Strider once it gets here.

With your language and attitude you might not be here long enough to tell us. Closed
