3.) Takeda AS Classic Kogatana **SOLD**
Blade length: 85mm (3.4")
Thickness at spine: 1.7 mm
Thickness at tip: 0.6 mm
Just shy of 7" overall
Hardness (Rockwell scale): 61-63
Aogami Super Steel
Only ever used to cut up an apple and break down a cardboard box. Never sharpened.
I rounded the sharp corners at the butt, as shown in pics.
Ground thin, and came sharp, but you'll probably want to give it a couple swipes on the stones to get it where you want it.
Very neat, minimalist all purpose utility knife.
Comes with box, no sheath.
Asking $85 shipped CONUS **SOLD**

3.) Togiharu Chinese Cleaver **SOLD**
13 1/8" Overall
8 5/6" Cutting edge
~3/32" spine thickness
Virgin carbon blade HRC 62
Rosewood scales
Never used or sharpened, only tested the edge on phone book paper and arm hair.
I've used one of these in the past and was pleased with how it performed.
I don't have a scale, but this one has some heft to it.
Decent fit and finish. Handle is comfortable. You may want to smooth out the edges of the choil area and spine. Ground very thin at the edge. Edge is hair popping sharp out of the box.
There is a small gap in the handle as pictured.
Comes with box.
